As a first time homebuyer, I was not totally sure what to expect from the process and didn't know anything about how to navigate it. I was so grateful to have an agent as experienced, helpful, and kind as Kathy as I learned the ropes. Kathy made the whole process as easy and low-stress as possible. While we were under contract she was very on top of communication with the seller's agent and my lender and made sure all my questions were answered in a timely manner. She helped me with negotiations throughout the process and I am very happy with the house and the final deal! Kathy is great and I highly recommend her!
