Top Notch Service and Communication!!

Angela and "The Fox Team" went above and beyond helping me list and sell my home. They had an easy to follow road map to get the house market ready. They took care of everything from scheduling the Stagers, Photographer, Printing the Marketing Materials, setting up the Open Houses. Once we had an offer, Angela used to Savvy Negotiation Skills to get the House Under Contract. I had no idea there were so many moving parts to a transaction. Juan was able to get me the best price on a home that I was very excited to purchase. Being both the buyer and seller agent he was able to work it to get the lowest price the sellers would take. I was able to save a lot off of asking and Juan was willing to take a cut to get the deal done.

Finding a great deal in a tough market

We could not have asked for a better person to represent us buying and selling our houses. Jeannie has a great eye for detail and a valuable network of people when you need a little something extra for a repair or just advice. Her knowledge of the industry and the market is invaluable.
