From beginning to end, April was tuned into our specific needs. She was genuine, empathetic, supportive, intentional, caring, kind, present , patient , honest , resourceful, respectful, friendly and focused on helping us achieve our goals. This was my first home purchase, so April is the only realtor I have ever worked with and is the only realtor I would ever want to work with. Her and her team went above and beyond to ensure I understood the contracts I was signing, how lending/mortgage rates worked and the “why” behind all that we were doing. She was present at every showing and our closing and was proactive about pointing out things that should be brought to our attention and the builders attention to ensure we were fully taken care of. The real estate business would be a better place with more agents like April. This lady is the GOAT and I hope she is being compensated that way. I know she connected us to Oakwood Homes and their sales team for our purchase, but Oakwood Homes would NOT have gotten that sale if it were not for April and all of her efforts. Thank you April!

April did a fantastic job making sure she found the right home for my family & I. We looked at many houses & we thought we found the one, but circumstances turned out to be different. We thought we weren't going to find the house, but she pushed & worked so hard to make sure we did. She will fight for you & make sure you are satisfied. She also doesn't pressure you into something your not comfortable with, she wants to ensure that your happy. The deal we ended up getting for our home was more then we imagined.
