Steve was fantastic to work with!!!! I highly recommend him to everyone. He is smart, professional, straight-forward, helpful, and really fun to work with. He had us “spruce up” our place a little bit- but WOW- was he right! We had 8 offers (all over asking price) in 24 hours. He was really clear about pricing- based on a price/ sq foot- he was right ‘on the money’ in this regard as well. He is also an incredible writer! I actually cried when I read the “description” on our listing & marketing materials). I will actually miss him! We are moving out of state & HIGHLY recommend him as your broker.

Working with Steven alleviated the stress we were feeling about moving. He was very professional, personable and always available to answer questions or concerns. He was able to present us with 8 offers within 24 hours of our house hitting the market, all over-ask and 2 ALL-CASH! I will continue to recommend him to all my friends, family, colleagues and anyone I meet whose planning to buy or sell a home.

Steve went above and beyond for us in finding our Condo. We were lucky enough to find a condo that we loved immediately. Steve stayed up late to ensure that we got our offer in quickly and worked hard to make sure that our offer was the most appealing to the seller.
