Real estate teams in CO, 80229

The day we closed on the sale of our house, I told Jessica, 'We are very grateful you are so good at your job!' We stand by this statement wholeheartedly! Jessica was especially creative with her marketing strategy and ensured that our home had several eyes on it, before it even went to market. This insured the right buyers saw our home early and we were under contract in four days--no small feat in this market! Jessica is also very communicative. throughout the process and has several great contacts in the industry to help get the job done. She is also exceptionally talented with the Erie real estate market. Throughout the process, we were treated like her friend and neighbor, not a client. Jess, you are in fact great at your job! You make selling homes in northern Colorado easy!

We relocated to Colorado from out of state with little knowledge of the area. Jessica came highly recommended, and she was incredible throughout the entire process. She was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and a strong advocate every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with our new home and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Misti and her team are amazing!! A responsive, caring and fun team to work with. I am beyond grateful to have Misti in my corner when it comes to real estate and overall knowledge of the market and all things homes. I give her all the stars, all the referrals and all my repeat business (which hopefully is on pause for a bit). I could not recommend someone higher. Misti the THE BEST!
