We highly recommend Jessica and Luginbill Homes Real Estate (and yes, I've already mentioned her to many of my friends). We just bought our first home with Jessica and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. She put us at ease and was (and is) always available for questions, concerns, and follow ups. We genuinely feel that the approaches she took and recommendations she gave us allowed us to close on a home we love without financially straining ourselves. She and her colleagues that we worked with were all excellent. We couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else.

I flip houses and sometimes I can’t find a wholesale house on my own but my real estate agent can. Misti Stewart keeps her eyes on the market for just the right house for me. She works long hours to give her clients what they need. It would be difficult to do my business without her.. Her knowledge of the real estate business is exceptional. but even with that, it’s the care and concern that she gives each one of her customers that makes her stand out from the rest.

Jessica is an amazing person. I had a unique circumstance where I was selling my own property, and at the same time became the executor of a will and had to simultaneously sell another property. Not only did Jessica make both sales happen in record time, but she was understanding and extremely compassionate about my situation. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Jessica, and I highly recommend her for her knowledge, expertise, compassion, and willingness to get the job done. Thank you Jessica.

Gabby is phenomenal to work with!! She is so understanding, patient, observant, and truly listens to what your needs and wants are. She never pushed us to do anything like some other realtors we talked to did. Even the smallest details that we mentioned she remembered during the numerous showings we went to.
