We just bought our first home with Jessica and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. She put us at ease and was (and is) always available for questions, concerns, and follow ups. We genuinely feel that the approaches she took and recommendations she gave us allowed us to close on a home we love without financially straining ourselves. Jessica is an amazing person. I had a unique circumstance where I was selling my own property, and at the same time became the executor of a will and had to simultaneously sell another property. Juan sold our house in 24 hours at asking price. That pretty much says it all, but honestly the real test came after we went under contract. We had some challenges with the buyer that could have blown the whole thing up. Juan handled every single one of them without missing a beat — kept us informed, kept the deal together, and never made us feel like it was at risk. The guy just knows what he's doing. What I'd really tell anyone is that Juan knows this neighborhood cold. That's not something you can fake and it showed up immediately in how he priced the house and how fast it moved. Juan was the best realtor we've worked with! He gave us a bunch of great advice on how to improve the house to get it turn key ready to sell while staying within budget. He has other listings in the neighborhood and easily increased traffic to our home for sale by leveraging his connections/clients in the area. Our home went under contract in ONE DAY at asking price - and he handled the repairs, cleaning and other appointment coordinations - what more could you ask for? I had to sell my mother’s home from Florida. We worked together to arrange the showings and closing remotely. We ran into a few snags, but we worked through them all He also was very instrumental in helping my sister find a townhouse that she liked. She was hard to work with at times, but Juan was Amazing and helped her they her new place. Juan did an Excellent job in this transaction.
