I live in Michigan. My dad needed to sell his house in Lakewood, CO. Working with Tim made the process much easier. Tim went above and beyond his duties as a real estate agent. Tim oversaw some home repairs that needed to be done in order to prepare the home for sale. He contacted local contractors and met with them to make sure everything proceeded smoothly. Tim was always available to answer the many questions I had during this process. Tim managed to negotiate a very fair deal extremely quickly. The house sold and closed within 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Tim if you are looking for a conscientious, professional real estate agent!
