She researched and scheduled showings all over the greater Denver area and even introduced us to newer areas that met our search criteria, and overall, absolutely exceeded ALL expectations as first time home buyers. Amanda is the reason that my finance and I are now living in the home of our dreams, not only did she go above and beyond with finding our home, she made the journey from the very start to the very end, the most memorable and enjoyable process we could have ever imagined it would be. The overall transaction from the offer all the way to the closing table was such a smooth and stress-free process as she connected us with an equally as amazing lender. Tonya was incredible to work with. I've worked with a few other agents in the past, but will never need to look for the right one again. The market is littered with real estate agents these days, and so many just feel like an expensive extension to Zillow. Not Tonya. She's on a completely different level. Tonya is exactly what you're looking for in an agent. She's well thought out, aggressive (to find the right deal), and just super fun to work with. Tonya went above and beyond to get all the info we needed, and more, at every single turn. There were 13 bids in one weekend on our place, and Tonya secured the deal for us (even with other bids coming in higher than ours). It was obvious that agents want to work with Tonya - which goes such a long way. Stop looking through the cluttered market of average agents (which was such a pain), and go explore some locations with Tonya. You will not regret it!
