Tonya Weekley

Tonya was incredible to work with. I've worked with a few other agents in the past, but will never need to look for the right one again. The market is littered with real estate agents these days, and so many just feel like an expensive extension to Zillow. Not Tonya. She's on a completely different level. Tonya is exactly what you're looking for in an agent. She's well thought out, aggressive (to find the right deal), and just super fun to work with. Tonya went above and beyond to get all the info we needed, and more, at every single turn. There were 13 bids in one weekend on our place, and Tonya secured the deal for us (even with other bids coming in higher than ours). It was obvious that agents want to work with Tonya - which goes such a long way. Stop looking through the cluttered market of average agents (which was such a pain), and go explore some locations with Tonya. You will not regret it!

As a first time homebuyer, I knew to expect the process to move quickly and was concerned I may get in over my head with not understanding everything and just needing to anxiously move the process forward or not get a house. I could not have been more wrong nor better supported by Tonya! She made sure I knew as much as I wanted to (which was every detail!) and always seemed excited to share her vast wisdom to put me at ease along the way. I felt empowered through working with her, she always wanted to give me enough information and support to make the decisions that worked best for me. Her guidance helped me to get a house with over 10 offers in a single weekend! Mine wasn't even the highest offer, but the terms were written so competitively that we came out on top anyway! I couldn't be happier or recommend Tonya more highly. I couldn't be more thrilled to be in my new home, but am honestly slightly bummed I won't get to keep working with Tonya on a regular basis! Haha! She's really that great!
