She presented all options regarding timing, staging and marketing strategy and always respected our decisions. She put in the time and money necessary to get the home out to a broad market. She was always pleasant to deal with and when you needed her, she was there. VERY highly recommended.

As a first time home buyer, there was a lot I had to learn about the process. Kim was so helpful answering my questions and getting me the information I needed from the HOA.
