Real estate teams in CO, 80204

This was my second time working with Angela and her team to buy a home. The added challenge this time around was that I was living out of state and flying in to view houses. We were on a tight schedule and to make it even more of a challenge, the home I was most excited about got an offer the day before I was flying in. We had to move fast. Angela made it happen! We ended up closing in 2 1/2 weeks. Being out of state and being able to lean on Angela with her experience and contacts made the impossible possible. It never would have happened without Angela and her team. They are consummate professionals who make you feel like you are a part of their family. They truly go above and beyond. I cannot recommend the Fox Team enough!!!

Angela Fox and her amazing team helped me get my home listed and sold in a very short time. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and constant communication during the entire process. If you are looking to buy or sell a property at highly recommend working with Angela and her team.

Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, but working with Angela Fox made the entire experience feel seamless. From day one, she was attentive, responsive, and truly invested in helping our family find the right home; not just any home. One moment perfectly captures her dedication. On her way to show us several houses, she got a flat tire. I immediately suggested we reschedule, but she refused to let us miss our appointments. Instead, she called an Uber and continued with our showings. I am so thankful she did. One of those homes ended up being the house we completely fell in love with. Another offer had already been submitted, but because she insisted on keeping our appointments, we were able to see it, act quickly, and submit our own offer in time. Today, we’re living in what truly feels like our dream home, and we have her determination and commitment to thank for it. She also sold our previous home in just three weeks and guided us through every step with detailed checklists that made the entire process so much less stressful. Whenever we needed help, she had trusted referrals ready… from window and carpet cleaning to yard work and tree trimming. Every company she recommended was outstanding, and I’d happily recommend them myself. What sets her apart is that she genuinely treats her clients the way she would want to be treated. She goes above and beyond, communicates exceptionally well, and never makes you feel like just another transaction. She truly cares about the people she serves. If we ever buy or sell another home, there is no question who we’ll call. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a realtor who is hardworking, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever it takes for her clients.

Colten was so fantastic to work with. He was able to give us great recommendations based on his understanding of the market and our needs, and always gave us the full picture so we could make informed decisions. He never pushed his opinion on us, but would share what he thought and why. During the offer/closing process we had a lot of first-timer questions, and he was super responsive and thorough every time. We hope to stay in this house a long time, but we'll call him again the next time without a doubt.

Colten was a delight to work with, and went above and beyond in helping me prep my house for listing, which was so appreciated since I no longer lived nearby. He was extra communicative during the selling process, keeping me up to date on all activity and tirelessly following up with interested parties. I was also grateful that he offered his expert advice every step of the way, but ultimately supported whatever decisions I made.

Communication with Colten was excellent; he was very professional and did his best to negotiate with the buyers, who were not easy to work with. He stood up for me when circumstances required it and I felt well represented.
