I was introduced to Ryan through a friend/ coworker over a year ago as I was interested in purchasing my first home in Denver. He set me up with a a mortgage broker and got me pre approved for a home quickly.. Ryan showed me many different types of homes around Denver . He was very patient with me as I was figuring out what I wanted and liked in my first home. Once I figured out the location that I wanted to live, we hit the ground running earlier this year on securing a home for me. We were always one of the first ones to view a home when it was listed. He went above and beyond multiple times: making sure my questions were answered on homes that I was interested in , pointing out things in homes I would not have known about, and once even went above and beyond looking into a unit’s ac unit as the sellers did not know the information. I am super happy with my home as it the location i wanted and will recommend Ryan to others asking for a realtor. I am grateful to have had him as my realtor for this process. 🏡

Ryan is single handedly the reason why we are now in our dream home! I am a walking talking advertisement for him. Cannot say one negative thing about the experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
