It is with great pleasure that we submit this review of John Grant of Remax Real Estate . We have only good things to say about John; He was not just a real estate agent, he was also our Partner in the recent sale of our home. In addition to his diligence in walking us through complicated real estate transactions and hosting multiple open houses, he also was proficient in advising us on strategic decisions that we would have struggled making without him. John knows the ropes, and leveraged his knowledge to best represent us in the journey of selling our 1978 home. When we had a question, he was there for us , and his overall communication skills were just stellar. He also provided an extensive array of contractors that we needed to tackle the myriad of house tasks to make our home more sellable. We are very thankful to John Grant and would do business together with him without hesitation.

I recently relocated from Colorado to Florida. I sold a rental property and a home. John Grant guided me through every step of the process. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him! He’s the best!

As a repeat client I continue to be amazed and pleased with the quality expertise that John provides before, during and after any buy or sell transaction. John helps you navigate through all of the simple to complex issues that arise with a focus on your needs and satisfaction. John excels at contract negotiations which is a key game changer in today’s housing market. I highly recommend John to anyone looking for a masterful broker to represent them. You won’t be disappointed!
