She is a great Agent.

Susan is remarkably on top of the housing market. I resisted some of her suggestions on what to spend money on to attract the buyer. Once the house sat on the market...I did what she said and it sold. My lesson is that no matter your personal taste...do what she says as she knows what will make the house sell fast.

Excellent communicator

Valerie knows the Golden area very well and followed my wishes regarding making the selling process go smoothly. I had an older home in a great area and I did not want to do a lot of remodeling, so I sold it as is. She had some great ideas about what I could do with staging and brochure photos using my furniture. She determined an asking price that was to my satisfaction and was targeted to sell quickly. I had 2 firm full price offers after the first open house and it's debut on the multiple listing service. She handled all the paperwork and arrangements for the closing. She also had a person who emptied the house after I had moved and got rid of all the old furniture and things I didn't want. Made my move as easy as possible. Thanks Valerie!
