Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, moved with ease through the process, and kept us informed every single step of the way. He also had a contractor on his speed dial for literally everything we needed and had things scheduled in the blink of an eye! He's obviously naturally gifted with his relationships with both his colleagues and his clients, and is probably the most popular, likable person I've met in Northern Colorado. As a result, we felt completely confident and comfortable in this sale. I would 100% hire Steve again to help me buy or sell a house. In fact, I'm not sure why anyone would ever consider anyone else.
