He was detail oriented in every aspect of the sale: marketing, pricing, showings, contract negotiations, inspection and closing. Bottom line, I felt like I was in good hands at all times. My home hit the market on a Friday afternoon and I had multiple offers and a signed contract on Monday morning! Jason negotiated a contract way over asking price with ideal terms and inspection and closing was seamless. I will definitely use Jason again when buying or selling my next home.
