He listened to us as we talked about the things that were important to us that we wished to have passed on to potential buyers. He set up an open house the first weekend the house was on the market and we had a potential buyer that day. You can count on Bruce to be your advocate on money matters and negotiate the best deal. He worked well with the buyers agent and communicated with us regarding every detail that was discussed. Three siblings were selling this house with three different opinions but he balanced it all with courtesy, grace and a great sense of humor. Bruce is the "real deal". He is always professional and courteous. I think he's the best realtor you could get when you are selling or buying a house.
