We were in the market for our very first home- total newbies to the market and to real estate. At the start were really nervous and unsure what to expect but Brandon totally eased our minds and made it so easy! We met him for some showings and by the end of the day had submitted an offer that was accepted the next day before noon, couldn't believe we had found our perfect home so quickly! After getting under contract, there were some unexpected hiccups on the sellers end- at that point we couldn't have been more thankful to have Brandon to help us. He navigated every hurdle and was with us every step to make sure we got everything we wanted and asked for. Now that we've closed, we can't wait to get settled in our dream home. Thanks Brandon!
