Over the past five years we have used Megan as our realtor in the purchase and sale of our Colorado home. We were initially introduced to Megan by our daughter who used her. Megan determined the house’s fair value based on sales in the area and we successfully negotiated a fair purchase price with the seller. Roughly five years later we decided to sell our Colorado home and once again used Megan’s services. This time as representing us as sellers, Megan prepared a marketing strategy that included a video of the property inside and out along with many pictures. She labeled many of our house features and gave potential buyers and agents a detailed listing of those features along with a list of improvements made to the home in the five years of ownership.
