I am 76 years old and wanted to downsize and transition from a 2-level home to a condominium requiring no outside maintenance. I had anticipated it taking a few weeks, if not months, to accomplish. To my surprise, Jim Smith of Golden Realty was able to accomplish that for me in just a matter of days. The home was listed on a Wednesday (the first bidder turned out to be the eventual buyer) and was shown until that Sunday.
