Glenn Drake is the latter one. We sold our house for a much better amount than what we had been told by supposed knowledgeable realtors', in our zip code. We had known about Glenn. He was immediately ready to help us list our home of 38 years. He took a walk around the house, [with his wife and part time assistant] and said , "Don't sell it for anything less than X amount". We were a bit surprised but it was a well cared for home, Glenn knows the market and he's just got what it takes. He never doubted his asking price or if he did, he never showed it. There's this underlying confidence. Within 2 weeks after he listed home, it sold. There were items that the buyer wanted before he committed. To be more specific, these were not small items and this is where Glenn's expertise lies. The buyer was almost ready to look elsewhere. Glenn isn't magic. He has has so many resources, avenues and keeps a positive attitude. That cell phone holds committed, certified workers, more. He also agreed with the buyer's requests and passed the information to us. By the time we got the information, he had already contacted the people or persons specific to the job requested and had given us the information to follow up. He stood his ground on fair pricing and one thing about Glenn... if you think that it is just too difficult, he stays so courteous. One day he told us to go to the beach for a weekend! "And relax!" That's confidence. I think he found his niche early on and renders solutions to every one involved. He has a team of experts. He has other phone numbers and contacts for us to call if he is unavailable. If you think you have to stay on him or talk to him every day... you are wrong. He is way ahead of you.
