My wife and I worked with Brandi Childers in February of 2022 to sell our condo unit and we couldn't have been so pleased. We received multiple offers the first day the condo went on the market and thanks in large part to Brandi's incredible work. Brandi brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our condo inside and outside which created much more traffic and brought in serious buyers. Her marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with a great solid first offer/buyers. Brandi was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions and the buyers.
