First let me say that this was my first time buying a house. The market was absolutely crazy for a buyer, and it was quite an overwhelming experience at first just trying to get my bearings straight. So a family member recommended Julie to me, we got in touch, and from there started working on finding a house that was the perfect fit for me. She was able to take the preferences for what I was looking for to start filtering down possibly houses that matched my need. Each time we would go to look at a house, she was able to give valuable insight on the state of the house from both an investment and upkeep perspective. It really gave me a sense of confidence as someone who had never bought a house that I was in good, professional hands. Even at times when we were out bid on a contract for a house in this crazy seller's market, we would saddle back up and keep at it, never loosing sight. I always felt that Julie truly had my best interests at heart the whole time. After we had finally won a bid on a house and gone under contract, she was with me the whole way through to the closing working tirelessly with the sellers, the lawyers, and me to make sure everything was ready. Even now that I have just moved into the house, Julie still has kept in touch with me to make sure things are still going well. Julie Ward is not only a professional veteran real estate agent, but she also is an all around good person that is an absolute pleasure to work with.
