Keely is a great agent. She is patient, insightful, and knows how to make the deal sweeter when putting in an offer without putting us in any risky situations. When putting in an offer, her thoughts on the market were on point. When my husband and I fell in love with a nice condo in a great area, our very first offer was accepted. We were not the highest bidders, either! There were no issues and it took a month to close after the offer was accepted. She knew people like inspectors who did a good job for good prices and could do the work the very next day if needed. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to look to buy or sale in this housing market!
