Amy is smart and quick, and she always made sure that I understood each stage of the process and what was needed from me. She was always ready to answer my questions no matter how dumb, and at no point did she leave me, or my loan officer, seller's agent, etc. waiting. Amy was proactive in making sure everyone had the right documents at the right time and was great at making sure deadlines were met way in advance. Nothing was left til the last minute, and she is the prime example of 'real estate business' hours. I was able to reach out to her at any time, and she always responded quickly, either text or a call--whichever I preferred. Amy was upfront and honest about what my expectations should be, and she made sure we were both on the same page about my home needs. Amy was a genuine pleasure to work with, and I would 100% recommend her for any kind of home purchase.

Simply stated...Kristen is the BEST! I was overwhelmed and pressed for time because of relocating for a new job and Kristen was a life saver! In literally 3-4 weeks in this aggressive market, I was able to find a home and close! While I know that she had multiple clients at the same time, I honestly couldn't tell because she was right there anytime that I needed anything! Didn't matter the hour of the day, she responded!
