I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and have never worked with somebody as professional, organized and kind as this wonderful woman. As we were out of state buyers, we needed somebody who could be our eyes so to speak. And Melanie was just that! Once we found our home, the transaction was not easy as there were quite a few issues after the inspection. Melanie is a great intermediary, and we truly were very happy that by working with the sellers agent got all of our issues resolved in a timely manner. When we arrived in town, (my husband had never seen the home) Melanie made sure that we became familiar with the area so we would feel right at home. She is the best of the best. If she didn't immediately respond to my calls, she would call back very shortly after no matter what she was doing!
