From the beginning of looking for a new home to closing, Ken exceeded all our expectations.   He took the time to understand what we were looking for in a new home and shared listings with us that he thought would be a good match.  Within a week we had chosen 5 listings to look at thinking that these would just give us an idea of what to expect for our money.  Little did we know that one of those 5 would actually be the house for us. Once we decided to put an offer on the new home, Ken spent time understanding what we were willing to spend for the house and put together a strategy for the initial offer and negotiation process.  We started the offer/negotiation process on a Friday and were under contract before the weekend was over.  We ended up with the purchase price that we wanted to pay, which was lower than the asking price. During the due diligence period, Ken helped us arrange and was present for the home inspection and a separate septic system inspection.  Once the inspections were complete and we had the results, Ken helped us identify items to request from the seller as an addendum to the contract. Ken kept in touch throughout the rest of the process, from formalizing the financing to the closing.  The process was smooth and Ken kept us informed the entire way so we knew what to expect.   We have been in our new home for a month now and we are loving it.
