Eric was very helpful, knowledgeable in every area of the house buying process, a joy to work with, made it stress free. Being first time homebuyers Eric made it a wonderful experience. We decided on a home after seeing 3 different homes, but we could of looked at more just because we looked forward to seeing Eric and going through the homes with him. I normally do not give all 5's on a review however there is no way to give this Realtor any less! She was great to work with and really listed to what our needs/wants were. She found us our perfect home with more than we asked for and within our budget. She always made sure to make us feel like her only client even though she had many more. She gave us great recommendations on our home in order to get the most value for it. She is great to use for both selling and buying a home! You will not be dissatisfied.
