She made things very easy to understand and was quick to respond to any of our requests. She did not talk down to us or make us feel dumb. She was the epitome of professionalism. Things were cratered to us and what we wanted. For example: we gave Sarah a price we thought it was worth and she did some homework and agreed, well actually, we ended up setting the sale price a smidge higher. She also made it easy for us all to sign the paperwork as there were 3 people on the deed and it was not easy to be in the same place at the same time. Sarah absolutely handled it the best way possible by sending docu sign papers to our emails. The property sold in 4 days, which may be the exception, but I would like to think it was because we set it at a fair price and just followed Sarah's lead.

Very professional realtor I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. Not only is this my second time buying a house through her. She’s educational on the structure and layout of things. Gives recommendations and suggestions which is great to hear a 2nd opinion.

We had a very good experience with Sarah. She was helpful and always responsive.
