Lake Homes Realty, LLC - New York

Growing up in Billerica, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston, Michelle Delzell has always been drawn to the water. With family roots in Cape Cod, she spent countless summers by the ocean, soaking in the coastal charm. That love for waterfront living followed her to Upstate New York, where she has spent the past 30 years exploring the Finger Lakes—a region she now proudly calls home. Michelle’s journey into real estate is a natural extension of her passion for homes, design, and helping people. With a successful career in medical sales, she dedicated herself to ensuring people could comfortably age in place. Now, as a full-time real estate agent with Lake Homes Realty, she brings that same dedication to helping clients find their perfect home—whether it’s a cozy lakefront retreat, or a dream home in the Finger Lakes region. Having built two homes and purchased a lake house herself, Michelle understands the ins and outs of buying and selling. She offers her clients more than just real estate expertise—she provides firsthand knowledge of lake life, insider tips on maximizing rental income and a deep appreciation for the region’s stunning landscapes, wineries, and outdoor adventures. Michelle and her husband, Bill, have been deeply rooted in the Rochester area for over 40 years. Together, they’ve raised their three boys, spent summers on the lacrosse field, and enjoyed winters on the ski slopes. Now, they split their time between their Fairport home and their cherished lake house—their "happy place"—where they kayak, paddleboard, and soak in the beauty of the Finger Lakes. Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or invest, Michelle’s expertise, personal experience, and passion for the Finger Lakes make her the ideal partner for your real estate journey.
