Just when my house went on sale, the local market had a downturn. Sarah kept me from being discouraged, especially when a buyer ended up not being able to fulfill the contract they signed. She was on my side when this same buyer tried to get me to wait and not put the house back on the market until they could straighten out their finances. If I had agreed to what they wanted, I would have had to refuse any better offer if one came through! Thanks to Sarah, I didn’t fall for that. We put the house back on the market, then she backed me up and made it clear to the original buyer that they would need to put down way more earnest money if they wanted me to accept their offer.
