I begin working with Darnell in April 2021 as I started my journey of becoming a first-time homebuyer. I interviewed and met him in person to see if he was the right agent for me. After interviewing six agents I choice him because he was understood my needs and had the time to help me thru this process. The first year into the homebuying process he not only was knowledgeable about the market but also have a background in home improvement which was a plus when looking at homes and their foundation to ensure that I didn't pick a home that was going to cost me a lot of repairs. Darnell walked me thru the entire phase from the time I received the offer to closing. My closing was a roller coaster. It was very traumatic and stressful for me where I almost lost the home completely but throughout it all, Darnell believed in me and never gave up hope. He tried every possibly outcome to the very end to ensure that I close on this house-no matter how long it took. He was one of the main reasons I stuck through the process and came out with keys in my hand and papers signed.
