From first contact to closing, Rob was an excellent communicator. He helped guide realistic expectations for the process and the end outcome. The paperwork he provided at the beginning which listed items a homeowner should review to help make the process flow better was invaluable. Rob was always available for questions or to just talk through the process to help ease my anxiety. He was always a step ahead of the process and provided me with the "what could happen" scenarios. The recommendations Rob provided for items that I required help with, i.e. painters, handymen, movers, etc. were always for reputable companies. I utilized most of the recommendations and found them all to be professional and reliable for which I was extremely grateful for as a first-time home seller.
