I met Marian in Fall of 2023 when she showed me one of her listings on Cayuga Lake. I fell in love with the house, but unfortunately we were outbid by a cash buyer. Over the next two years, Marian worked tirelessly to try to find us our perfect lake house home! She showed us literally dozens of homes, some in person and some virtual, since we live 3 hours away. I’m sure there were times when she thought we weren’t actually going to buy anything, but she stuck with us! In September of 2025, we closed on the perfect place! We are still doing renovations on the home, trying to make it our own. We can not thank Marian enough for being so awesome with us! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She is friendly and knows her stuff and she’s a great person who has now turned into a friend. Pick Marian to help you find your dream home!!!

Kristin was incredibly helpful in connecting us with a great lending team and guiding us on a competitive offer amount, which gave us confidence every step of the way. When delays occurred due to the seller’s side, she remained proactive, communicative, and reassuring throughout. We truly don’t know what we would have done without her and couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Things with Tom started out very well. We had a contract within 8 days. After some fixes we were on track. In the end, things didn't run so smoothly. Due to a lack of communication, the "final walk through" never had a firm time of taking place between both sides. No exact time was conveyed to be out of the house which caused the buyers lawyer/realtor being involved and making demands straight through me! I expected Tom to be the buffer between us but that was no communication on both sides. Additionally, the realtor for the buyers said to my face that she was the lawyer and I was to be out ASAP! I had never met the woman previously. Finally, due to scheduling and weather issues, the new roofing job has not been completed as of yet. The other lawyer is withholding $10,000 from the sale even though I have paid the contract for the job in full. Is that even legal? My experience of owning a home in NY was great until the end. Kristin was very responsive and charismatic. She truly wants you to find your dream home and walks you through every step of the way. I felt so comfortable with her and consider her a friend! She was house hunting with us for over a year and a half and we finally found a gem. If you are looking for a well rounded, experienced, and caring real estate agent then reach out to Kristin! Catherine was absolutely wonderful! She was so quick to respond with any showings or questions! She listened respectfully to everything my husband and I needed as a couple, and even though it took a while to find exactly what we wanted, she was very patient and kind, never ever pushy, and offered her own expertise! Catherine genuinely wanted us to love our new home. And we absolutely do! I will always stay in contact with her, and will absolutely use her service in the future! Catherine is a true gem! And she will be invited to our house warming party! Party on the porch!!!
