Martin was wonderful to work with. He was always cheerful, and easy to talk to. Martin was very knowledgeable about the whole process in buying a home. He answered every question and went out of his way to find answers at times. Martin even pointed out the bad points in a home so that we would not end up with something we would not be happy with. He had the knowledge to know where to look to find out if a home was a modular as we had said we did not want that. There were two offers at the same time on the home we wanted and he was able to convince the sellers through their realtor to accept ours even though it was 5k less than the other offer. I would highly recommend Martin to assist anyone who needs a realtor. We loved our experience with him.

Communication through the entire process, as well as very informative on thing for buying a first home. Helpful and very patient through the langthly process.

I met Marian in Fall of 2023 when she showed me one of her listings on Cayuga Lake. I fell in love with the house, but unfortunately we were outbid by a cash buyer. Over the next two years, Marian worked tirelessly to try to find us our perfect lake house home! She showed us literally dozens of homes, some in person and some virtual, since we live 3 hours away. I’m sure there were times when she thought we weren’t actually going to buy anything, but she stuck with us! In September of 2025, we closed on the perfect place! We are still doing renovations on the home, trying to make it our own. We can not thank Marian enough for being so awesome with us! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She is friendly and knows her stuff and she’s a great person who has now turned into a friend. Pick Marian to help you find your dream home!!!

Our time with Kristin was a true joy—we always felt connected, informed, and supported throughout the process of buying our first home. She went above and beyond to see our purchase through to the finish line, even when challenges arose outside of her control. Kristin was incredibly helpful in connecting us with a great lending team and guiding us on a competitive offer amount, which gave us confidence every step of the way. When delays occurred due to the seller’s side, she remained proactive, communicative, and reassuring throughout. We truly don’t know what we would have done without her and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Things with Tom started out very well. We had a contract within 8 days. After some fixes we were on track. In the end, things didn't run so smoothly. Due to a lack of communication, the "final walk through" never had a firm time of taking place between both sides. No exact time was conveyed to be out of the house which caused the buyers lawyer/realtor being involved and making demands straight through me! I expected Tom to be the buffer between us but that was no communication on both sides. Additionally, the realtor for the buyers said to my face that she was the lawyer and I was to be out ASAP! I had never met the woman previously. Finally, due to scheduling and weather issues, the new roofing job has not been completed as of yet. The other lawyer is withholding $10,000 from the sale even though I have paid the contract for the job in full. Is that even legal? My experience of owning a home in NY was great until the end.
