We interviewed a few agents in order to choose a fit to best represent us for the sale of our home. We are retired and would be downsizing some but also building a new home. There were many delays to get to the closing, and we were able to make decisions along the way in spite of the difficulties. Cheryl guided us, but allowed our decisions to stand. In the end I do believe her extensive experience allowed the patience for us to create the best result for us and still provide good service to the buyer, in spite of their less competent agent.
