She was super responsive, very proactive, highly professional and helped me make important decisions… About the sale early on before we put the house on the market and then during the sale process. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease with what needs to be done( prep, pprwrk, expectations, etc..) and then walks you thru how exactly it needs to be done.
