She was super responsive, very proactive, highly professional and helped me make important decisions… About the sale early on before we put the house on the market and then during the sale process. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease with what needs to be done( prep, pprwrk, expectations, etc..) and then walks you thru how exactly it needs to be done. She communicates in a clear and concise manner but she is always friendly and open and helpful. 5 stars for her effort, diligence and confidence. She told me we would sell the house and we did pretty quickly. Very pleased with her process from start to finish.
