After touring many homes and putting in a couple offers (against 15+ other bidders each time), we found the home we really wanted. Kelly recommended the perfect offer price that wound up being just barely higher than the rest, and he also coached us in writing a proper letter for the sellers about our family and everything we loved about the house. He got us the home and was overall a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and made time for us whenever we wanted to go tour houses. She went above and beyond on a daily basis, was always very accessible and communicative and made me and my husband feel like we were her only client. She's extremely knowledgeable in ALL areas of the home-buying and home-selling process and she always took the time to educate me and my husband throughout the process so that we felt confident to make decisions on our own. Hopefully we'll be in our home for many years to come but if we are ever looking to buy again we wouldn't consider working with anyone other than Vikki!
