I was very fortunate to Get Suzy Peck as my real estate agent. Suzy let me find myself, so to speak, as to what I should consider and explore when buying a home. She helped me explore different options and we found the best one. Her attention to detail and dealine are excellent, as well. I am truly grateful for Suzy's ability to read the market and the client's true home needs, and recommend talking with her in regard to your goals for finding a new home.

Carol guided us through the sale of a fixer-upper that had been in the family for more than 30 years. She understood we wanted to get a great price even though the house was not in very good shape, so she clearly laid out our options: 1) Sell the house in as-is condition to investors who would pay with cash, 2) Take on a big remodel job ourselves and sell the house for top dollar, or 3) Get inspections done, do a small amount of work to get rid of the "ick" factors, and list it for buyers who wanted a deal. Ultimately, we chose option 3, which meant that Carol had to work hard for the sale. On a tight timeline, she and her husband Soosh referred us to an excellent team of people to get the work done: a handyman, haulers, gardeners, house cleaners, pool cleaners, inspectors, stagers, and more. We were very pleased with the end result, and we highly recommend her to sellers in the Walnut Creek & larger Contra Costa County areas.

It took me a while to sit down and write this review because we've been busy renovating our dream house in a dream neighborhood that Kelly helped us purchase. My first meeting with him took place around 2014 when I was considering purchasing a home back then, and he answered all my questions. We stayed in contact until now when we were finally ready to make a move. From the very beginning, I could tell that he is genuinely there for us and our needs. When we found our dream home, and he was on it imminently. He did everything that he could to ensure that we get our dream home. That was the first home that we made an offer, and we got it. Kelly knew what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. I have to say it was because of him and his experience we got the house. I texted him every day with all sorts of questions, and he was always there to answer. At the end of this whole process, I see him as a good friend that I will always be honored to welcome him to my home. Kelly is as good as it gets as a realtor and a person.
