Rich was able to navigate an upended market to get our house sold.

Rich and his team ended up having to thread the needle of sorts between to sellers with differing views on what was desired/needed to freshen up an existing home and get it ready for sale. This coupled with a market that changed overnight shifting leverage from seller's to buyer's made for a very slow sales process. Rich stuck it out and we got the place sold. Thank you!
