Im going to start with a big THANK YOU from my Family and me, they help us to make our dream come true, from the beginning they never bring us down not even when our first lender tell us we can't be approved and then second lender say NO, but Ruben and wife cheryl keep our hope alive that we can do it and pass all obstacles if we really want it. They find a lender for all that gives us the opportunity and review our case and say YES. "Communication" they always there for you and they can back with answer fast, if they can't answer you they will always call you back asap. They don't leave things for tomorrow they take fast action talking about sending documents and offers to properties, very honest and good people, we were lucky to meet them we are first time buyers and they teach us lots of things because sometimes we were lost and in some point we want to say bye to the DREAM because is taking to long or lenders say NO to us, but they believe on US and thank you Ruben and Cheryl to be there for us. Ohhh and Ruben speak Spanish this was a big bonus and so helpful.
