Jippi and Deserie were strong support for us as we offered a bid on a house and successfully countered another bidder. They confidently walked us through all aspects of the offer, acceptance, house inspection, closing, and final occupancy. They made our buying journey as problem free as either of us have ever had. Strong praise and a solid recommendation for Jippi and Deserie.

This was my second time using Desiree and Jippi. Their market knowledge was a deciding factor to use them again. They turned the selling experience into a seamless, low stress experience. As a seller living in a different county, I simply gave them the key to the property and they took care of everything to repairs, painting, showings, etc. They sold the property very quickly at the original price that I wanted. From start to finish it was 3 1/2 weeks. They will be my only choice of agents for my next property. I couldn’t have been happier.

One day I start the process and the next I’m the new owner with their non stop help!
