Real estate teams in California

Working with Adrienne Krumins and Anian Tunney was effortless. Even after we had moved an hour away, they handled virtually everything—and their vision transformed our home, helping it sell quickly at a price that exceeded our expectations.

Very responsive, energetic, and communicative, understood the market and how to get things done fast

Anian and Adrienne are a terrific team. They know their market inside and out. Adrienne is a super resourceful and capable agent on behalf of her client. Responsive, collaborative, hard working, and smart.....and a really nice person! We gave a premium private sale process a whirl and it worked well for buyer and seller. Congrats and thanks to the Tunney Krumins Team.

We had such a great experience working with Jason. He stuck with us through the whole process of finding the right home and was always patient, helpful, and easy to reach. He was quick to respond whenever we had questions and made the whole process feel so much easier. We’re so happy with where we ended up and will definitely be using Jason again in the future. He’s officially our forever realtor!

We had a fantastic experience working with Jason to sell our home. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and his knowledge of the market was super helpful in getting us positioned correctly. He always had clear answers and guidance for every question we threw his way. What really impressed us was how he handled a particularly unreasonable first offer; he navigated the situation with total professionalism while reassuring us that we were still on the right track. Jason made a stressful process feel manageable, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier agent!

The team made this big moment in our lives so easy, comfortable- in what can be a very stressful time. Suggestions and direction were fantastic. No question was unanswered. We came out way on top, and they did the heavy lifting. Great communication, and so many compliments on our Open House *several first day offers, and Social Media presentation. Fantastic photos/footage on the MLS as well. Thx Jason!!

Last May 2025, when my husband and I first contacted Mareijke Weidemann about helping us find a new home in the East Bay, we didn't imagine the process of selling our home in Windsor (Sonoma County) and buying a new home would consume a whole year. But it did, due to an unexpected downturn in residential real estate sales, and we're so grateful Mareijke did't flinch during this protracted period. Mareijke came highly recommended to us by our real estate broker, David Hargreaves, himself a stellar broker in the Windsor-Healdsburg area of Sonoma County. Over the ensuring months, we came to appreciate Mareijke's many outstanding qualities that proved helpful to us in finding a suitable new home in the highly competitive buyer environment of the East Bay Area. Mareijke's extensive knowledge about housing availability and pricing in a wide variety of neighborhoods; ability to determine a neighborhood fit for us; her financial background as a CPA; and most importantly, her attention to our personal desires and needs proved invaluable to steering us to the "perfect" home. During this entire process, Mareijke has answered all our questions about the transaction itself and about getting settled into our new neighborhood. Even after the completion of the home purchase, Mareijke has continued to express interest and support of our transition into our new home. As a result, we have come to regard her as a true friend and professional advisor. In addition to being super smart and engaging, Mareijke is charming, delightful, and fun-loving. You won't find a better combination!

Mareijka was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful with everything, and always made us feel supported through the entire process. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. We 100% trust her and will absolutely be using her again in the future for all of our real estate needs. We truly enjoyed looking at houses with her and are honestly going to miss it. We are so grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent.

Mareijke, I wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciated the opportunity to work with you on our recent transaction. Your level of knowledge and professionalism truly stood out throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, your understanding of the market, attention to detail, and ability to guide your clients with confidence made a significant difference. Communication was always clear, timely, and proactive, which helped ensure everything moved smoothly from start to finish. It’s always a pleasure collaborating with someone who is so dedicated to their clients and committed to excellence. I look forward to working together again in the future. Thank you again for your partnership and outstanding work. Best regards,

We can't say enough good things about Jess and her teammate Lisa. We were searching for a home for our small and growing family in the Lafayette area, and actually met Jess by chance at a local restaurant, from that first conversation it was clear how well she knows the local market. As a fellow parent raising kids in the area, she genuinely understood what we were looking for in a home and a neighborhood, and that made all the difference throughout our search. Lisa was a great help along the way as well. We'd highly recommend Jess and her team to any family searching in Lafayette.

We had a great experience working with Jess and Lisa to buy our home. They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and always made us feel like a priority, even when we had lots of questions or needed quick guidance. What really stood out was how well they know the area. Their local expertise helped us evaluate neighborhoods, understand pricing, and feel confident in our decisions. They were also very proactive, staying on top of every detail and helping us navigate challenges. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but they made the process feel much more manageable. We're so grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in the Lamorinda area.

Jess and Lisa were fantastic partners for us as we searched for our first home. As newcomers to the area, we relied on the expertise about not just each city/town, but detailed knowledge and perspective on each of the neighborhoods we were contemplating. As first time home buyers, Jess and Lisa were patient and extremely helpful in walking us through disclosures and open houses – what we should be aware of and avoid, and what wasn’t a big deal. We were particularly picky with what we were looking for and Jess and Lisa not only were patient with us in a unique market period, but also fully understood what we wanted and not – sometimes better than ourselves – helping the process be that much more efficient and productive. Thanks to them, we were able to find our dream home in the neighborhood we wanted and exactly as we were looking for. They also helped guide us with when to lean in more and when not, which was critical for our successful negotiation for our home. In addition to all of the above, Lisa and Jess are just wonderful people who made what could be a stressful process, enjoyable, fun and without pressure. We are very thankful to them for everything! Although we’re not planning to move anytime soon, when the day comes, we will be happy to call them back! You can’t do any better than to call Jess and Lisa!

Selling my home was a major life transition, and I truly could not have asked for a better team than The Awad Group. From our very first meeting, Kiro and Mary made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process, patiently answering questions and making sure I understood everything along the way. Their communication was outstanding, and they always made themselves available whenever I needed guidance or support. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the level of care they put into marketing my home. The materials they created were absolutely stunning. The luxury flyers were beyond anything I could have imagined, and the beautiful open house invitations mailed to neighbors and surrounding communities demonstrated their commitment to reaching every possible buyer. Their efforts paid off. My home received offers from the very first open house and sold in less than a week. They made my home look its absolute best and handled every detail with professionalism and care. Kiro and Mary are not only exceptional real estate professionals, but genuinely caring people. They treated me like more than just a client and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Best agent in town.

Great agent! Highly recommended!

Eddie was always prompt with his responses to any questions we had along the way. I feel he went above and beyond his duties to make this experience pain free for us. He was always pulling out the stops to get our property sold with multiple open houses, attention to detail, and creativity in the process of financing. We were absolutely lucky to find him! Thank you, Eddie!

Eddie was on top of the sale from day one with good advice. He had several open houses and advertised the house on many venues. When the house sold he was right there efficiently handling all details. Thank you Eddie!

Tiffany was an absolute blessing throughout the entire process of selling my first home. Her excellent communication skills, character, personality, experience, knowledge and support made her truly shine above the rest. Being a first time seller, I had ALL of the questions; Tiffany had all the answers. Not only was I provided accurate and detailed responses quickly, but she always took the time to explain anything I was unclear of in detail, and ensured I had a clear understanding. Her driven, proactive and goal oriented mindset provided comfort, confidence and reassurance that I was in good hands. She took obstacles in strife, giving options, feedback and advice from a non-biased, professional approach. Do yourself a favor and make sure to reach out to Tiffany for any real estate needs! She will not disappoint.

Shannon and crew were extremely communicative in our journey to sell our family home. She returned phone calls within an hour of reaching out on questions and buyer notes. She was very helpful with home improvement tasks and suggestions and service help to assist. Knowledgeable and experienced in her large realtor group with contacts. Very qualified to lead this sale of a treasured family home.

Scott has been so helpful in every way during our buying and selling experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been invaluable in discussing and making decisions with us. Scott always returns our calls promptly, which in this day and age is huge. We are so grateful to Tonia Kleinsmith for her referral. The whole team at Keller Williams has been fantastic. If you are looking for an outstanding realtor, Scott is your man!
