Shannon Bowdey is the CEO and Founder of SLO Happy Homes, a vibrant real estate team proudly serving all of San Luis Obispo County and Northern Santa Barbara County. Her journey in real estate began at just 23 years old in Louisiana, inspired by her parents’ passion for property and people. From an early age, Shannon knew real estate wasn’t just a career choice, it was her calling. Today, Shannon leads with heart, hustle, and a signature splash of red. She is a Past President of the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors and Past President of the Rotary Club of Pismo Beach Five Cities and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the South County Chamber of Commerce. Whether she’s advocating for homeowners, mentoring agents, or supporting local causes, Shannon believes leadership is best expressed through service. At home, Shannon and her husband Brad enjoy life on their micro-farm, Casa De Bowdey, where Shannon’s mother lives in the guest house and their days are shared with three dogs, two cats, and 2.5 acres of gardens. Together they treasure travel adventures, fine wines, memorable meals, and soaking up life to its fullest. Their greatest joy comes from family, including five children and five grandchildren who keep their hearts (and calendars) happily full. Scott was literally born to sell real estate on the Central Coast. Third-generation native (not many can make that claim) he knows this area like the back of his hand -- from his birthplace of Santa Maria, through the North County. An Arroyo Grande High School graduate soon to complete degrees in Marketing and Computer Business Information Systems at Hancock College, Scott has also completed a rigorous training program through Keller Williams Training Systems -- nationally ranked number one in training organizations across all industries by Training Magazine. Scott has an in-depth personal knowledge of our local market and works diligently with his clients to ensure they are well-informed and well-prepared to attain their real estate goals.
