Jeri helped prep, list, and sell my home while I lived in another state. She was informal and easy to work with, and arranged all necessary maintenance and repairs. She set my expectations appropriately on price, noting property challenges that she (correctly) suspected would lead to lower offers than Redfin/Zillow estimates.
