The listing, staging and curb appeal upgrades were outstanding. The team was always available whenever we called and had a question. Even helped with securing movers and some cleaning. Above and beyond expectations.

Colleen was amazing. She knew exactly what to do to get the best price and really took charge to get everything done. Ours was an unusual property but that did not deter her and she got top dollar. There was even a bidding war of sorts at the end. Also, the amazing video she made brought in out of town buyers who bid without seeing the house in person. Colleen is amazing. We've used her before and will use her again.
