She created a really nice cover letter about us and herself to send to the sellers and also had us submit a short video about ourselves. Luckily the sellers really liked us and accepted our offer! Ivana really did all the heavy lifting and was great when it came time to negotiations. She really knows what she is doing and is amazing at it! She held her ground on the items we really wanted to be repaired or replaced. She was available for all the inspections and honestly made our first home buying process so incredibly smooth. I called, texted and emailed her regularly and she was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. My husband and I could not praise her enough! We will be recommending her to all of our friends and family looking to buy!
