First time seller, held my hand.

I was a first time seller and Brenda was amazing. She has a comforting positive vibe that is infectious. She had timely responses to all of our questions through the entire process as well as guided us through the steps with precise and accurate information. Everyone she recommended (for us, landscaper, general contractor, pest company, photographer, title, cleaning) was amazing! They were all fair priced, fast and reliable, we actually became friends with a few. Its hard to summarize all that she did in our home sale but I will say, if you are looking for a killer and well connected realtor? Just call and sign Brenda.
