One of the first things we look for in an agent is responsiveness, and Michelle was outstanding in this regard. We had limited time to review properties given that we lived out of town, and she consistently set up viewings quickly and efficiently. Moreover, when we could not be in town to view a property in person, she went out of her way to give us video tours that were thorough and comprehensive. This gave us confidence that she knew us as clients, and what was important to us in a home. Given the competitiveness of the market, we also wanted an agent who could advocate for us to sellers. Michelle had just the right balance - she presented us as strong buyers without being overly aggressive. Michelle also helped us to think openly about options we had not thought about before, which can really make the difference between consistently losing out on properties and ultimately getting the one you want. We ended up with the perfect home and we thank Michelle for helping make our dream home a reality!
