Arpad helped some friends buy a place, and was referred to as someone who was diligent about pointing out potential hazards with or negative features about a property. I'd never bought before and the payment model for a buyer's realtor seemed questionable to me, so a realtor that wasn't going to rush me into buying sounded reassuring. I bought my condo with Arpad in 2013. Five years ago, I got married, and we started looking for a bigger place soon after - but it took us years to hone down on what was important and/or appealing to both of us ;) A couple of years ago, I got pregnant and the urgency picked up - our criteria in what we were looking for also changed! Still, it took us till early this year to find a place we liked and could pay for. In all these years of looking, Arpad never hurried us, or made us feel unimportant. He was ALWAYS prompt with his emailed input on properties that we were interested in, and showed us quite a few. He arrives early when showing, engages with any neighbors out and about to get an idea about the place, as well as the neighborhood. After showings, he'd spend time with us, evaluating the place, going over it's pros and cons, trying to gauge what we liked and/or disliked about it. I highly recommend Arpad as a buyer's agent!

Linda Salah is the best! She has represented us before and has always been very approachable, caring and knowledgeable. We appreciated how much research she did in order for us to be positioned properly in the market. Linda is a great listener and made sure that we felt heard. In the end, she got us a great offer fo our home!
