There is nobody else my family and I would trust more. When we sold it was a particularly busy and challenging time for us, but CJ helped take care of everything. From inspections to minor fixes, staging and marketing, and through the process of closing: at every sing step of the way she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to explain to us each part of the process, including what to expect and what we needed to do. CJ was also very organized, I especially appreciated how she spelled out details and key points to us. Her experience really shined in that she was always steps ahead, and she really knew our market and area. Beyond this, CJ’s approach to working with people was fantastic. She takes the time to know and understand her client and their needs, and works hard to make sure those needs are met. I most certainly have recommended her to others, and other family members of mine have also worked with CJ. Again, I highly recommend CJ, there is nobody else I would even consider.
